The Adaptive Navigation System in Action.

There are two main ways to work with me.

Ongoing Partnerships: sustained work over months.
One-off Perspectives: Single, focused interventions.

Adaptive Partnerships.

Personalised ‘applied thinking’ support to see what's shaping the situations of your life, what you're bringing to them, and how the two meet — and working together to find responses that fit who you are and who you want to making progress to becoming.

  • 6 month partnership.

  • 6-8 substantive conversations of 60-90 mins.

  • Typically online via Teams.

  • Ongoing identification of the FirstNextThing for progress.

  • TheBetweenSpace work.

  • Email, message or voice-note contact for observations, sense-checking and matters worth returning to.

  • Optional Pattern Map and Adaptive Reflection Guide.

  • £5,000 (single payment / instalments via Stripe).

Sustained support to surface the patterns shaping a team, including how they communicate, make decisions and get (un)stuck. The aim is greater alignment — not sameness — so people can work together more effectively.

Every Team Adaptive Partnership contains:

  • 1:1 confidential inquiry to understand individual experiences.

  • Collective work — adapted to what we find; may include facilitated conversations or sessions, workshops, training, framework development.

  • TheBetweenSpace work.

  • Email, message or voice-note contact for observations, sense-checking and ongoing support.

  • Small Team — up to 8 people

    • At least 2 collective sessions.

    • 3 month partnership — £8,000

  • Large Team — 9-15 people

    • At least 3 collective sessions.

    • 6 month partnership — £15,000

Combining organisational inquiry, practical consultancy and adaptive capacity building. Sense-making that helps an organisation avoid solving the wrong problem, reduce misalignment, and make better use of its time, money and attention.

  • 6 month partnership.

  • Orientation to design scope — usually one bounded organisational system or field of inquiry.

  • 6-8 substantive encounters — content will depend on what we are working on and towards; may include facilitated conversations, sessions for leadership, workshops or training, advisory work on a strategy, policy, and interventions.

  • TheBetweenSpace.

  • 3-4 whole organisation Problem Parties to support problem-solving through working on live challenges and developing organisational problem-solving capability through modelling, mentoring, and collaboration.

  • £30,000 (payable in full, or instalments).

Adaptive Perspectives.

A concentrated shift in perspective that makes familiar assumptions visible and gives people new ways to notice, think and respond. Always a reframe. Always something to apply.

Keynotes are 45-60 minutes.

£3,000.

In-person and online keynotes are available.

Particularly suited for conferences, away days, leadership events, team gatherings and organisation-wide sessions where you want people to see a familiar challenge differently, develop shared language, and leave with ideas they can apply beyond the room.

Focused inquiry into what is happening or what’s needed, before significant time, money or effort is committed to a response.

•• Discovery design is bespoke.

•• £5,000.

•• For organisations or individuals.

•• Particularly suited for pre-project scoping and needs analysis, theory of change or practice-codification work, and significant personal questions such as relationship changes, career shifts or life-stage transitions.

Group sessions for insight with opportunity for application embedded into the session. Keynote with a learning session using tools & frameworks, then workshopping or reflection — moving from insight to action in one sitting.

••• Discovery design is bespoke.

••• £4,000.

••• Particularly suited to leadership teams, away days, strategy sessions, and groups that would benefit from experiential learning & development, rather than training.

Why Partnerships and Perspectives?

Adaptive Partnerships.

Some problems are too important, too complex, or too persistent to solve in a single sitting. Adaptive Partnerships are built for those — sustained work, over time, with the people or organisations carrying them.

Working together for months rather than moments makes it possible to see the patterns, assumptions and contextual factors actually shaping what's happening — not just the presenting version of it. That understanding is what makes better decisions possible: responses that fit, tested and adjusted as reality supplies more information.

The aim isn't to create dependence on the partnership. It's to build clarity, fit and capability robust enough that better judgement keeps working long after the partnership ends.

Adaptive Perspectives.

Adaptive Perspectives are focused interventions with one job: to change how people think, so they can act differently.

They challenge the framings and interpretations that have become familiar, surface what's easy to miss from inside a situation, and open up options that weren't available from the original vantage point.

From a distilled keynote, through a focused Discovery conversation, to an Applied Insight Session, each is built to leave people with more than an interesting idea — a more useful way of understanding what's in front of them, and of responding to it.
